Dr. Monica Dulcey was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia. There she earned her dental degree at Universidad del Bosque in 1998. She practiced general dentistry for a private entity that provided dental services to children and adults. Then she moved to South Florida with her family and completed a three-year international dental graduate program at Nova Southeastern University in 2011, and obtained her Doctorate of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Dulcey has volunteered on campaigns for underprivileged children through Give Kids a Smile. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and Boca Raton Study Club. She frequently attends dental continuing education and training courses, with the most recent accreditation in advanced implantology at the Advanced Dental Implant Research and Education Center.

Dr. Dulcey enjoys being a mom to her teenage daughter. Spirituality has become a way of life and personal growth for her. She exercises regularly, maintains a healthy lifestyle, and practices beach yoga, as well as many other outdoor activities and sports.
